How do I cancel my order?
All print orders are produced on demand therefore once orders go into production they cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel you have 1 hour from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.
Returns & cancellation policy
Cancelling your order
All orders received are printed on demand, therefore once your order goes into production it makes it non-cancellable. Please ensure you check your cart is correct before making payment.
You have 1 hour from ordering your item to cancel it with us by emailing info@murphyssketches.co.uk after that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.
Returns
Murphys Sketches prints are being printed to order, so this makes them non-returnable should you change your mind. There is a no-returns policy on these products.
Replacement policy
If you received a damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty print, we will rectify this by reprinting your item free of charge.
Please contact us by email, reporting the problem within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at info@murphyssketches.co.uk. Please detail the error with your order and we will endeavour to come back to you within 24 hours to confirm your re-print request.
No refunds will be given for damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty orders they will be reprinted and replaced.

I have placed an order, but haven’t got an order confirmation?
Please check your junk folder as our emails do not always get through. If you placed your order and successfully got a order number we will have your order so please do not worry!
When will I receive my order?
Print & Fulfilment production times: Most items in this print store are produced on demand to customer order. Our print fulfilment times average is 2-7 business days from order dependant upon demand at point of order.
Shipping times: The estimated shipping time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. For shipping via Royal Mail 1st class allow 1-2 days, Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 days (excluding any delays caused by postal strikes)
DPD shipping is always a next working day shipping service – your order will not arrive on a weekend, if shipped on a Friday it will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note we only print & ship items Monday – Friday

Do you only ship to the UK?
We ship worldwide, but please note your delivery may be subject to in country Duty and taxes charges, these will be payable by the receiver of the goods and are not the responsibility of the sender THEMPC LTD .

Do you take commissions?
I hope to take commissions at points through out this year. The best way to find out when and how I take commissions is to keep an eye on my Instagram account. I will always let people know if I plan to take any on but they will always be limited.
What sort of commissions do you take?
I am open to discussing all sorts of commissions but again it depends on what I’m working on at the time, the best way to find out if I’m taking any on is to follow my social media and you can always email to discuss a particular project.
Can you write a personalised poem for me?
This isn’t something I offer unfortunately. I only write poems about things I can relate to and I can’t write them for a gift.
Can you personalise or alter prints?
Standard prints and cards on the website cannot be altered or personalised. This is something I will hopefully be able to offer in the future. Everything I make is hand drawn or wrote so it can’t easily be altered currently with out doing the whole thing again.
However, you will see some personalised products on my site, these products can be personalised before checkout and THEMPC will print your personalised design on demand.
How do you make your drawings?
Everything I make is hand drawn, I use water colour pencils and paints to make my drawings.
