Shipping

Your order will be shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive with you without incurring any damage in transit, however should you receive your item damaged please see our replacement policy.

Our print & fulfilment time average is 2-7 business days depending on demand at point of ordering and the products you have ordered.

Your order will then be shipped via Royal Mail 1^st or 2^nd Class tracked mail or you can select DPD shipping at checkout which is a next working day delivery service (Please note next working day service will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday)

Ordering on the next working day service does not mean we will dispatch same day as we have to print orders to demand so please bear in mind our 2 – 7 day order processing times.

Items returned to us as the sender will be refunded minus any postage costs.

Please note once shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving your items due to the current postal strikes or delays caused by failed delivery attempts.

We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you are ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days.
